Rule of Death

The Rule of Death is a special rule in Kingdom Death: Monster that is used to expediate gameplay in the event that a rules conflict regarding rule interpretations, group decisions and rule exceptions occurs. When conflicts arise in the game players are advised to follow any rules found on cards (AI cards, Gear, hit location cards, etc.), and story events before any rules found in the core rulebook. If the conflict slows or halts play, the Rule of Death should be used to always favor any ambiguities against the survivors.

After a session has been completed, or during a break, any rule conflicts should be properly clarified for future gameplay to avoid having to use the Rule of Death.
