Phoenix Cuisine is a Collective Cognition Reward card included in the Gambler's Chest Expansion. It is awarded to the settlement when it attains 26 CC and has the Phoenix on its quarry list.

Attain the Plausibility Phoenix knowledge card. Nominate a survivor to gain it, then share it on the Forum with a lumi token (if anyone gains it this lantern year, they will also gain +1 lumi).
